About us
Lula Support Services was founded by Jacqueline Reilly - a mum of four, two of whom are NDIS participants. Jacqueline is also neurodivergent and brings deep lived experience in navigating the NDIS, raising neurodivergent children, and building a life grounded in advocacy, understanding, and resilience.
Lula was born from a simple but powerful idea:
To offer the kind of compassionate, flexible support Jacqueline once needed herself.
What we Believe
Lived Experience Matters
We believe the best support comes from people who’ve walked the path. That’s why our services are grounded in real stories, not just theory.
We provide personalised, flexible support that adapts to the needs of your child and family, not the other way around.
Clarity. Confidence. Connection.
From coordination to coaching, our aim is to simplify the system, empower your journey, and connect you with people who genuinely care.
